Inder’s dedication to criminal law began early in his legal career. While attending law school in Windsor, he focused exclusively on criminal law courses and refined his advocacy skills through criminal law moot competitions.

During law school, Inder gained valuable hands-on experience representing clients at Community Legal Aid in Windsor, where he worked directly with individuals facing criminal charges and assisted with pre-trial negotiations.

Experience within the Criminal Justice System

Inder also worked with the Ontario Court of Justice as a probation intake worker, helping individuals navigate probation requirements and assisting with the preparation of pre-sentence reports. This experience provided him with valuable insight into how the criminal justice system operates from multiple perspectives.

He further strengthened his litigation experience during his articling term with the Ministry of the Attorney General, where he worked on complex civil remedies matters and appeared before the Superior Court of Justice.
